Fall is Here

Well the summer zipped by and I didn't get anything posted. I'll have to make this more of a priority. Today as I walked out to the car to go to work I looked at the plants that need to be pulled and thought I should get some mums to welcome fall since it was 44 degrees outside, maybe build another pumpkin cairn like last year before the squirrels got into it. I discovered this great article to pass along (see above) from Houzz to welcome the planting and motivate me to get some bulbs planted to make me smile in the Spring because I'll forget what I planted where and will be happily surprised. Bring on Fall.

Well here it goes...nothing to tell at the moment just starting to explore this blog world and as I get acquainted start commenting and posting random happenings in Bellaire, MI and beyond. It's summertime in Northern Michigan. This means that there are tons of festivals, farmers markets, day trips to take, wineries to visit, camping, boat excursions and sooo much more I'm sure I left out. Feel free to add to the list.
